The Shala accommodates 12 students comfortably. It is equipped with ropes, bolsters, chairs, blankets, bricks and belts in keeping with the Iyengar tradition. The floor is solid oak and the walls are plastered with clay.No chemicals have been used in refurbishment. The shala is heated by ceiling located infrared heaters.

                         Although this is principally an Iyengar studio we are very happy to host teachers of other styles of Hatha Yoga.
